Warranty Maintenance Question.

I took my Trek 7100 bike inf for its first Warranty maintenance yesterday. I should be getting it back Friday or Saturday. My question is: What are they going to do to my bike?

They will probably make sure all the bolts are snug, adjust the deraileurs, adjust the brakes, check the wheels, and lube the chain.

Well I thought this was true. I had to go back and redo the front brakes and adjust the shifter cables.

If you do it at home then you would not have the opportunity to buy some stuff when you go pick up the bike.

The 'free maintenance' is a way to keep you coming into the shop.
