Specialized customer service - great
Developed an unusual crack on my Roval Star rear wheel after five months on my new Tarmac Pro - My LBS called specialized and sent them a picture of the crack - Within three hours they shipped two brand new wheels no questions asked - Completely covered on warranty - i was expecting back wheel only but got both, no charge - I'm supposing they just have great customer service but perhaps they have had issues with this wheel and just didn't want to take any chances-
