Custom jersey supplier opinions?

My Tri club has picked me to arrange buying custom jerseys for the club. This is the first time we've done this, and I've never ordered custom bike clothing before. So, I'm looking for recommendations as to who to have do them.

Our priorities are (in this order):

1. Quality
2. Low minimum order quantity (preferably 10-12 or so)
3. Customization options

Of course, if we could get them for not a lot of money, that would be good too, but we don't mind paying what it costs to get good stuff.

I had a semi custom jersey made at Voler, nice material, came out looking pretty much as expected. I used it on a charity ride, instead of the supplied one because i wanted the company logo on as they had donated most of the money. The quality was noticeably better than the ride supplied jersey. As it was a one off, had to base it on a limited range of designs, and a little pricey. With a group buy, your price will come down and have more choices in design.

Thinking about it, it's probably the nicest jersey I have for the material.

our crew does them at https://jeksports.com/ for the dallas MS150. Quality seems good enough and I'm pretty sure they do small batches. Caution, though - the sizing is super-small. I'm between a L and XL t-shirt in the stores and order a 4XL jersey.
