In my opinion one of the best places to get a jersey if price mean anything is Nashbar.com. I just got two new jerseys for 10 bucks each. You have to get on their weekly sales and special site but still when they are on sale the price is hard to beat.

I wear sport shirts instead of dedicated cycling jerseys which cost too much and printed with all kind of advertisements. These shirts are available at dept store such as Target for much less than the usual cycling jerseys, with moisture wicking properties, quick drying and some have SPF rating of at least 20. You can pick them up at very reasonable price of around $10.00 when on sale. Who wants to pay a lot for jersey printed with advertisement? The jersey should be free if you wear it to promote their business, don't you think?

Yeah, me too. I buy sports shirts at Costco or TJ MAxx, etc. Nike, Adidas, Champion, often $10 each. Bike jerseys are way overpriced. Except that this year I'll try some of the merino ones.

The advantage of cycling jerseys are : 1. Rear pockets 2. elastic in right places and 3. fit correctly for cycling position . You can buy very cheap single color or simple color scheme jerseys for $15-25 dollars at Performance Bike when on sale.
