Best xc or mountain bike for under $1500?
Hello,
I am in the market for a new bike and was hoping to get some advice from some experienced bikers! I have an old bike which I have been using for everything (from road to trails) but I find it very heavy and very uncomfortable. I am a female, and comfort is actually the number one reason I want a new bike, something with some shock absorption would be very nice!
I also want something a little lighter and that is good primarily for rough trails and bumpy roads. I'm not even sure if I should be looking for an xc or a full mountain bike? If anyone can point me in the right direction I would really appreciate it! I am 5'9" if that makes any difference in the suggestions...
Thanks!
