Fizik Arione Wing Flex Saddle w/Titanium Rails **********?
I have been trying to get a used Brooks saddle for my 80ish Raleigh Competition bike, but not having any luck whatsoever. However, I saw this Fizik saddle on craigslist for $50. It is in excellent condition. Tiny thing though. I checked and the MSRP on this is $149..
Was this a deal, and if it was, how come the used Brooks are not down there at $50 and how does this compare to a Brooks, better or not??
Here is the Fizik.

Saddles are a very personal thing, what works for one won't work for another.
The Arione is a good saddle and that's a good price, but it's primarily a road bike saddle which the Brooks is not. Sorry, but it sounds like you just want a new saddle, and aren't tailoring it to the riding you're doing. Shopping by price alone isn't the way to do it.

On the kind of riding I am doing? I am a NEWBIE, so, I am doing Newbie riding!! The Brooks comes standard on my 80ish Raleigh Competitions. I have one on my first one, and the second one doesn't have one. I was trying buy a used one, but having problems. So, that is how I came up with the Arione!
BTW, if the Brooks is not a Road Saddle, what is it?
Again, thanks for the frank reply..
