I got tired legs!
so I ride 5-6 times a week. each time I feel like a am pushing my self to ride longer or faster on my normal routes. what is considered a recovery ride. how slow do you have go.

Do a shorter route as well. If you normally do a 50 km loop, do a 25 km loop. And the frame of mind is a "smell the roses" kind of mindset. Ride with your head up. Look around at the scenery. Coast.
