performace GT2 Kevlar tires

I was thinking of replacing tires on my bicycle. I am looking for tires which are puncture resistant. I use it for excercise purposes only. No racing. The the current tire size is 700X25. I was in the performance bike yesterday and they are selling GT2 K version for $12. Has anyone used these tires ? Any suggestions ? I can spend $15 per tires. All help will be greatly appreciated.

I've got about 800 miles on my set. I had a strange side tear in the rear, don't know how it happened. Replaced it. Otherwise they seem ok.

I commuted on a set for a couple thousand miles, and they were still in decent shape when I changed bikes... pretty durable, IMO.
