Performance Ultra Bib Short
 

Just got these. They're the ones with the elastic chamois. I wore a pair on my ride today, and I now know what it must be like to have the alien attach itself to your face...only...not the face. Don't get me wrong, they are not unpleasant; in fact, they are extremely comfortable. The chamois did not move at all on my ride. It kind of attached itself and stayed put. Today's ride was only 12 miles, but I would expect them to be just as comfortable on a longer ride.

perhaps an application of butt butter would make them very, ummm, interesting ;-)

how much were they, btw?

$59.99, and I used a Performance 20% off coupon. The first time I wear a new pair of shorts, I don't use chamois butter. I want to see just how the shorts themselves feel.

I think they're outstanding bibs, but I personally felt like it was way toooooo much padding. I don't really need a cycling diaper :D
