With a bike and helmet like that, I'm surprised the kid did not have SPDs, gloves, or a yellow team jersey. :-D

I was at a race several weeks back here in town. They had kids from 5 years and up racing in I think it was 4 different classes. Several of them were on mini sized racing bikes with full kits on. Others were on mountain bikes with shorts. Not sure I'd put my kid in an areo helmet for a race but maybe they forgot his and that's all they could find to fit him. Either way good to see there are youngsters out there interested in the sport.

It would be funny if her parents dropped the hi-tech kid's parents. No reason to be mad at the kid for his parents' clownholery.
