just did a little 15 miler. it felt great and the 1st half I got out of the saddle and really cooked it - felt great. the new clothes helped motivate me too. I've been keeping in shape but after the ride I was cooked myself. had my 1st bath since the end of July - access to a good tub again and that felt great. passed out early and slept like a baby. now if I can only get this dam paving tar off my tires!
