What's Up (or, down) w/activebody.org?

For the last several hours, attempts to access the web site return an error that says:

"Visitors
We are sorry but this site is experiencing difficulties at this time.
Please return shortly!
Thank you for your patience.

Webmaster - please contact support as soon as possible."
