My gf learned how to use clipless. :)

So I put my shimano SPD's on my gf's bike and put some broken in cleats in them so they slide in and out real easy. We spent about an hour in an empty school yard tonight having her practice clipping in and out and then eventually she started riding around the field clipped in. She fell once when she was trying to clip in at a standstill (first fall) but she was relieved by the fact that when she fell, she automatically unclipped. By the end of the night, she was able to clip in both feet without looking. Saturday we'll figure out what angles work best for her and fine tune the cleat position.

Her words described it best, "being in clipless, it's like it just feels right."
