There is only one proper grease, Phil Wood waterproof grease, otherwise known as "Phil Grease." This stuff works in hot and cold climates, and like it says, it's "waterproof." I use it on headsets, bottom brackets, and hubs, and it never lets me down.

It rarely get above 100 where I live. The humidity is high, though.
