During Critical Mass in Brazil, trampled
all cyclists because the traffic here is very dangerous.

The driver will not be punished.

Why won't the driver be punished? That cannot be legal.

As cynical as I can be, even I can not believe this driver will not be punished. OMG what a horrible outcome if it is true.
