Knee and calf pain
I have recently changed from my old shimano 105 group to the new ultegra compact group. It looks like the bottom bracket is wider then the old 105 one is. I am having some knee pain and some calf pain. could it be from the new Shimano ultegra SM-BB6700 Bottom Bracket.

Since you changed the length of the BB check your knee over pedal with a plumb line. It could be as simple as changing your seat height or your fore aft saddle adjustment.
Also check your float. If you can change that it may help.
