Would you ride these? I read somewhere that a rider used these for psychocross. I would not use them for commuting, perhaps for a TT, or duathlon or ironman.

Psychocross?

All of my experience with Spinergy is about 10 years old but, based on that, I'd want to talk with some people who have had some good experiences before I bought a $2,500 wheelset from them.

I've seen them in person and talked with a shop owner that was testing them on his bike before stocking them.

I think they're interesting, so I've also read lots of posts on them. Never heard a single story about them failing.

Also Spinergy used a 4-spoke design which apparently caused increased risk of failure.

Defo would ride them...except for the impracticalities of tubulars for general purpose riding and training.
