Specialized Shoes
 
I have a pair of Specialized road bike shoes (2009BG's) and the heel lug is wearing out. Went to my local Specialized bike/shoe dealer and he told me that the heel lug is epoxied to the carbon on the bottom of the shoe and is not replaceable. Has anyone out there made repairs or added something to the bottom to extend the life?
