ECE75 or ECE-R75 tires? what are they?

Does anyone know exactly what this means for a bicycle tire?

Depending on the webpage I view (have seen it on pages describing Schwalbe product), I see one spelling or the other. Text says the tire is suitable for electric bicycle use, but what does an electric bike need in a tire that a human-powered bike doesn't?

Thanks.

the tire has to sustain long durations of high speed as well as be able to bear more weight around turns.... ebikes are usually between 50 and 80 pounds.
