difference between Nashbar ATB pedals

What is the difference between these two pedals:

Nashbar Clipless ATB Pedal #NR-PDL

and

Nashbar Special ATB Pedal #NS-EP2

I use Shimano 520s, these Nashbars will be a gift for wife.
