From what I understand, after the earthquake back east some of the cities with a program like that saw all their bikes leave the city and had to be trucked back in. We shall see what happens but, I do believe it will be an adventure. :D

Just spent a week in London and if they can succeed there, I don't see how it would fail in NYC.
