Custom head badges
Breezed through forums and didn't find a topic on the subject.
Edit: Rebuilding my Trek 1400. Looking to do a custom head badge as I have axis err (goes to show you where my mind is) access to cnc mills so possibilities are endless :) Red Baron powder with two slanted black stripes on the right fork (about midway) Edit: For the moment I've been screwing around with my initials. at about 1.5" x 2" http://a1.sphotos.ak.fbcdn.net/hphot...30641556_n.jpg Have any that you're proud of? Feel free to throw on some ideas. |
Hey there iit_architect!
You'll find head badges on the first page of this website: www.pathlesspedaled.com Make sure you look thoroughly because the page is busy. Look on the right hand-side of the margins. Good Luck! - Slim :) |
Thanks for the lead Slim!
Just was curious if any bf members had any work they wanted to showcase :) Appreciate some fancy work there and surely it will fuel my ideas :D |
I designed the Miyata headbadge on this page. http://www.headbadges.com/id74.html
http://webhosting.web.com/imagelib/s...et=tlx_pic79ij Still looks good on my bike after a couple of years. Prices sure have gone up. |
Neat! Definitely an one off and unique!
You're not kidding about those prices O.o could get you a nice powder coat job! |

I was a hiker before becoming a cyclist. When I finished hiking the 46 ADK peaks, I designed a stylized 46, and had it tattooed on my leg.
When I built up my first naked frame, I had it made in vinyl for the head tube. http://bikeforums.net/attachment.php...hmentid=219144 http://bikeforums.net/attachment.php...hmentid=219145 |
Thanks!
I was hoping this thread would evoke such neat stories! |
