OP, ignore the hilarity. Yours is a perfectly reasonable question. However, if there is a problem it is not with infertility, but with erectile dysfunction caused by damage to nerves and blood vessels. If ED is, as you say, not a problem, it is very unlikely that cycling will compromise his ability to father a child.
