Carbon track frame

For some god-forsaken reason, everyone calls fixed gear/ ss bikes , track bikes...

So where are the carbon track frames? I know theres got to be some.. I just ... honestly cant find them.

I don't understand your first sentence, but are you talking about sweet fixies or actual track bikes. If you can't find the latter, you're not looking very hard.

Or were you thinking along the lines of this sort of bike:

I think fixies/ss are characterized by a more relaxed, non-traditional track geometry, especially in the seat tube.

Steel and CF are out there. Just depends on how much you want to pay. AL, from what I am told, is made as stiff as steel for track frames.

I dunno... i guess the google search alogorythm has been screwing me... cause i've typed every combination of track, frame, and carbon i can think of into it and nothing comes up.

Nashbar had the FUJI (Aloha??) CF track bike for some insanely cheap price during the summer...

edit: just checked and it's the Track Pro... they have one or some left in 52cm for $620...

edit again: okay so I was wrong, it isn't carbon after all...
