Seriously though aside from being more visually interesting and "news worthy" their choice to invade the fountains is kind of a mixed message. Public use of space, fine I get it. But even in public parks you are generally not allowed to get in the water so what does that say about their actions? Especially as it portrays cyclist in a further non-law-abiding light...
