Anyone cycling to the South Pole?
I think this must be one of the most extream cycling expeditions I have heard of in a long time

The bike looks like some kind of moon buggy with those huge tires.

"The US Army use similar bikes in the Middle East," says Fortune.

There is currently a woman making a solo trek to the South Pole. my hat is off to her!!

you have heard about Ididabike? ( I think that is right)

But the Iditarod is in Alaska, in the north ... and they're full for 2012.

Maybe the Susitna still has room: :)

At least it's summer here (and in Antarctica). It's probably almost balmy down there. :D
