advice TT set up

Hi there a fue months back i was racing on my soctt addict r1 and had a bad crash, cracked the frame

So I set out to get a new bike and decided to get a Lynskey sportive frame and built it up.(great bike)

In that time i got my scott repaired and would like to build it back up aswell.

Now the question is,would it be a bad idea to use the frame in a TT set up would the geometry be way off and would i be just wasting my time,i would plan to use a full aero setup with the proper gear selector and brake conversion????
I would be very greatfull to get some advice thanks

TT = Time Trial? any crack needs to be inspected..particularly aluminum,
but someone with a magnifying glass, there , not here.
