Cassette question

Educate me please. What is the difference between a 11-32T cassette and a 11x32 as seen here https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00...pf_rd_i=507846

Looks like some kind of website goof-up. I would order the cheaper one !

Seems to not just be the one though. Here's another https://www.amazon.com/SRAM-PG950-9-S...d=4DM92LSOYJ8A I wonder if they're the same large and small cog with different intermediates?

There's no difference.

If you noticed, these products are sold by different vendors. Some are sold by Amazon itself, others are sold by third-party vendors operating through Amazon online storefront. The products get listed in the Amazon database under the names supplied by these vendors. Some vendors name the cassette "11-32", while other vendors name it "11-32T". This produces two different entries for the same product in Amazon database.

Amazon itself does not, cannot and doesn't care to check whether the products are the same. If one vendor tells it that they have "11-32" for sale and the other vendor tells it that they have "11-32T" for sale, Amazon has no other choice but to list it as two different products.

Meanwhile, SRAM website lists only one 11-32 cassette.
