Mini Van hitch mount ground clearance

Looking to purchase a Swagman XTC 4 bike rack online from Bikerackshops.com The van is a Dodge Caravan and I did install the two inch reciver, question is should I be concerned with the ground clearance under the bikes ?

I have a Toyota Sienna with a Softride rack on the back. It scrapes driving in or out of steep driveways. If I think first (a rarity) I'll go in at an angle to avoid the scraping. I'd rather the van was up 3 or 4 inches, but that would be involved and probably pricey.
