I had the best comeback to a rude cyclist tonight.....
 

Riding down a quiet street in downtown, another biker is coming towards me. We make eye contact and I give a little wave, which he answers "F-you you little beotch!".

My reply? "I know you are but what am I?!"

Next time use pepper spray

He was across the road, so unless they make a shotgun pepper spray, I couldn't be sure of my aim.

I think that it's a shame that the jerks of the world are the people who we tend to remember.

He probably lives a miserable life because everybody he meets is reflecting his unfriendly attitude back at him. You and I only get that from a very few people who are like him.

I hope this doesn't start another "waving thread" war.

The proper response is to chase the other cyclist down and clock him over the head with a frame pump.

"I love you too, man."

"I'm rubber and you're glue. Anything you say bounces off of me and sticks to you."

That or laughing manically.
