Tire Bulge
I have been cycling for over 20 years and have never had this to happen. I had purchased some new Schwalbe Lugano gumwall tires, for a trip over the weekend. Well after my ride I put the bike in the car as I have always done, it was hot but never had issues before with extreme heat in car. Today I went to pump up the tires and inspected the front and back as usual and the rear tire was in a S shape and bulging. The front tire was as normal, I have never had this to happen and I have had many brands of tires. So any of you ever heard a tire doing this before, or did I just get a defected tire.

Tread delamination. Some models of Schwalbe have this problem occasionally. If you contact the manufacturer they can send you a free replacement

It could also simply be that the tire was not seated properly, and the heat in the car incresed the pressure in the tire and pushed it out of shape. When I first used 650B x 38 tires I had a hard time getting them on properly.
