From trainer to trainer
 

Well its been getting cold and I started using a stationary bike to stay in shape. I recently got a trainer that you can attach to you current bike and just riding in place. Its soo much better, mainly because your on your bike and not some stationary bike that dosen't fit your measurements. Plus I like the magnetic resistance on my trainer way better than the resistance on the stationary bike I use, seems
more realistic. In the end I'm waiting for it to warm up so I can ride on the roads because thats that its all about. But in the main time this cycleOps trainer is pretty cool. Came with this workout video that has lance armstrongs coach coaching you. Doing the same workouts that he did with lance.
