master lock street cuff

anyone use this lock? how is it working for you? easy to use? i also hear people saying that it is somtimes hard to open is this true? ive been looking at them because the design looks solid. after a little reading i came across this website https://webspace.utexas.edu/saitogm/...uffs/index.htm anyone ever see anything like this?

You are joking, right? The "review" you linked to says the author's bike got stolen within a week using the cuff. Quite a "rave" review.

The March "Bicycling" says their staff easily cut this lock.

The photos of the current version of the cuff show a round key lock. When cuff owners requested that Master Lock "recall" the round key version and provide replacements, Master Lock essentially told its owners where to stick the cuffs.

You would buy a lock from these guys?

Buy a lock rated "gold" at soldsecure.com at the "Leisure" page. Then add a sturdy cable for the front wheel.
