Has anyone heard of Pioneer Brand? Made in Thailand.

Hi everyone! A friend of mine wanted me to build a bike for her. She's a very recreational rider. I have a frame made by Pioneer out of Thailand. It's probably between 10-15 years old and it's straight and in good condition. It's lugged and seems solid. The only information I've been able to dig up about Pioneer, though, is that they were sought after BMX manufacturers in the 90's in Thailand. Does anyone know if they are/were a quality manufacturer? Should I keep looking for a known, reliable frame?

Thank you!
