I was wondering the same thing and it snows plenty in Cincy. Glad to see someone on their bike in the snow.

Yeah, he is the man. A smart one may I add! Snow, no helmet, what a stup...brave man. Just in case you are impressed with someone riding in snow, you should visit winter cycling forum, where hundreds ride in far worse conditions.
