Overshoes

Have just bought a pair of Endura Overshoes which I'm hoping to wear tomorrow on my ride.

They are XL for a size 11 shoe and mine are size 7.

They fit alright but I have had problems getting the zip to fit all the way up my leg.

I have bought road ones inadvertently, would have preferred the MTB ones but does this affect the sizing?

Any advice on fitting them and whether the MTB ones are wider welcome please so I know whether to tramp back into town to change them or not.

Many thanks

Hi fietsbob thanks lots for the offer but I only use flat pedals myself and I rode back to Evans and they told me I need cleated shoes and pedals to use the overshoes.

How come they dont have overshoes for street shoes and flat pedals?

How come they dont have overshoes for street shoes and flat pedals?
"they" wouldnt come from bike stuff companies then, would they ..?

Another bought but unused NEOS .. a lugged sole Galloshes New England Over Shoes, I think..
sell mine..

I just bought LL Bean Maine Boots, so dont need overshoes..

If there is an office dress code,
like going to the Courtroom, for Lawyers, that is understandable..

Manchester in UK? go to a high street shoe shop and ask..
galloshes, is an old word here for the kind of thing you describe.
molded rubber you pull over your shoes , to protect them from snow and slush.

Yes but are they suitable for using with flat pedals when over my street shoes.

Or so they have holes for cleats to fit through.

Bikes: I never learned to ride a bike. It is my deepest shame.
