Wow This is the kind of infrormation I was looking for!
Now all I need to do is measure stuff out on my bike and my body, plot it on some graph paper. The rest is geometry!
Then I can calculate out how high to put my saddle.
I want your guys' (and/or gals') opinions and experiances on this though too.
