Just Picked Up A Titanium Lemond Victoire. It's not stock is it?

I just picked up this awesome bike. It wasn't used much and is in great condition. I'm trying to figure out all of the components it has on it. The guy I bought it from thought it was a 2004, but wasn't exactly sure. Is there a way I can know for sure?

The bike has mostly dura ace components, and I thought the victoire didn't' come with dura ace, so I was wondering what a stock Victoire should look like. I'm wondering if this is a Victoire at all. Maybe it is an upgraded model like the Tete De Course

I'm also wondering about the wheelset. If the bike was built up a bit, I imagine the wheelset isn't stock either. Is the wheelset here decent quality?

Any other thoughts or comments would be appreciated.

The wheelset appears to be of very high quality (no one would lace up Dura-ace hubs to crappy rims).

Looks far from stock if you search on "bikepedia".

Mostly Ultegra and Bontrager wheels.

The hubs are actually ultegra. The components are as follows:

Ultegra Hubs, skewers, and Cassette

Dura Ace cranks, brakes, shifters, front and rear derailleurs.

Mavic Open Pro 32 spoke wheels made with wheelsmith spokes.

Cane Creek Headset, Ritchey 3t Pro 5NM, and FSA compact handlebars.

After further searching, Bikepedia has this frame as a 2001 frame. My frame has serial numbers WL0212849 (on a sticker) 3486U041 and Ti 0203T (on the frame).

Comparing what Bikepedia says with what I have, the only thing in common is the headset.

Any idea what this bike might be worth?
