Can someone Identify this blue bike??

This bike was up for local auction and its all damaged up and scratched just wanted to see if anyone can identify what brand it is and what you'd pay for it max since its totally damaged and stuff needs repair.

It's a 18" frame, dual suspension 21 speed bike with microshift grip/espirit derailleurs and APSE brake lever rear suspension is coil 258 and sportek seat

I'm thinking of purchasing it and painting it and repairing some of the stuff for a first mountain bike

It's a crappy *mart department store bike. either a magna/next/etc variant.
These things cost 80$ new, and are not worth repairing.
-I work at an LBS, we charge 20$ for a flat tire fix; when I see one of these come in with 2 flats and the rear tire with no tread left, I tell them they might as well just trash it and buy another one.
get the hint?

Don't buy it. I wasnt a good bike new, and certainly isnt any better all beat up like that.
I wouldnt even take it for free, it will only be a sinkhole in your wallet to try and get it to work.

Check craigslist. whats your region and how tall are you? I'm feeling magnanimous so I might as well browse the listings and point out a few decent ones....

These, look decent, and are in the right ball park for size (maybe +-1 size, you'll figure out it person).

assuming fit right, I'd say the Marin looks really good. 3rd link

oh, and you notice nothing I pointed out has a rear/full suspension; thats because full suspension comes in 2 categories, crap, or 2000$+. You don't want full suspension on a budget.
