U Can Select only one upgrade from present setup...

what would it be? not a whole kit (i.e. 105 ---> dura-ace)
my vote is for speedplay pedals from my look pp256's.

I am happy with my "real" bike. So I think I would get a Rohloff 14 speed hub for my city bike. :)
