Bike Rack

HI, can anyone tell me if they had good experience with Allen Deluxe 3-Bike Hitch Mount Rack http://www.amazon.com/Allen-Deluxe-3...llen+bike+rack for SUV (Honda Pilot)? Price seems way more reasonable than say a Thule. Reviews on amazon are real good. Any cons or anything I should consider? Thanks

No direct experience but it looks fine as far as top-tube hangers go. I have similar but don't remember the brand/model. Personally, I prefer a rack that supports the bikes by the tires. There are many options at etrailer.com. Nashbar/Performance have some good deals at times too.

THanks for the input. Does it hurt the tires or something if I go for the "top-tube hangers"?

I have the rack and it works fine. One note from experience, there are two holes on the receiver end of the rack through which the bolt goes. One will provide a nice snug fit, the other has a lot of slop and no amount of tightening will eliminate the slack.
