What's your question- are you wanting to know if that was a fair price or if the bike is any good (whatever the price)?

As long as it fits you and your needs, I'd say it was a fair price... considering the cost of current models.

I was wondering if it was a fair price... what do you think of the brand.. I really like it.. I have owned some pretty ****ty bikes in the past lol.. An old 70s to 80 Fiji I believe from Japan.. Schwinn Prelude.. 73 Schwinn varsity (about as heavy as a car lol). I really enjoy this Specialized.. feels like it is pretty good quality.. I looked on ebay and saw one for 650.00 so I feel like I got a decent deal

$350 isn't too bad, looks like it has a sora groupset, $250-300 seems like something I would pay for it.

Specialized is considered to be part of the Big Three in the cycling world of brands- Giant, Specialized, and Trek (though Giant is the only one to make all of their own frames).

As to what kind of deal you got? You saved ~$600 versus buying the current equivalent... whether you consider that a fair deal or not is up to you.

price is okay. You bike look sorta sketch though, with no decal and paint. One of the better thing about Specialized Allez is it looks good...I am not sure if 2008 allez has a silver version either.

Is the bike a tad large for you? your seat is pretty low.

It's a good bike. You own it now so enjoy it, unless it doesn't fit properly.

The more important thing is that YOU like your bike.

Why should it matter that a bunch of interweb strangers like your bike or a validate your purchase?

it is a decent bike and that is a fair price

if it fits

because if you have to have the seat down that low to reach the pedals then i would think it is too big for you
and that is a whole lot more important than what components it has
or what the fork is made from
