Buying Raleigh stowaway on gumtree

A good looking raleigh stowaway caught my eye on Gumtree. The asking price is £50. It seems like a good deal but the more I'm communicating with the seller, she's revealing the faults of the bike when she "just noticed it" eg 1 of the 3 gears works, surely she should have just posted it in the ad? As im only buying it for leisure, im thinking maybe this is a minor problem but the ad also states that it was "just serviced". I dont know if i can trust this seller.vWhat if there are other things wrongs with the bike? Should i look for another bike? thank you.

Got a link to the ad? That seems to me to be a pretty high price for a Stowaway in the UK, they usually go for half that or even a bit less. If it is a true Raleigh Twenty it has a helluva lot of potential. I have one Stowaway and 3 regular folding Raleigh Twentys great bikes.
