It's worth whatever someone will pay you for it.
You might want to try the Classic and Vintage Bicycles: What's it Worth? forum.

One thing that can be deceptive is the rarity of a bike. A bike may be very uncommon in the US because it never was marketed here, but may have been very common in Europe or Asia, and in that case, the rarity won't mean much of anything. And generally, a rare bike still isn't worth anything unless it is also desirable for some other reason. Unlike coins, there aren't a lot of bike collectors out there trying to get one of everything and need that one to complete the set.
In the US, bicycles are required to have reflectors when sold, but in Germany, they are required to have lights, so the lights on that one are uncommon here, common there.

My guess would be 1970s - early 1980s. It's a low level bike.
- Cottered crank (I think)
- Plastic Positron shifters
- steel derailleurs
- steel rims
- rubber pedals
- stamped frame ends
- clunky welded rear brake bridge
I have never seen that brand, but for a similar bike here (USA) I would say $50 at the most.

Am in north-west europe in Ireland and I can tell you that the bike is rare here too, can seem to find the brand on any of the local auction websites. Also the lights would be uncommon as they are usually sold here as a extra even better yet they still work its like the bike has been kept in a shed the past 25 years! Have posted on the CAV forum see what comes of it.

To the previous owner, the bike was worth whatever you paid for it.
The bike is now worth exactly what the next guy is willing to pay you for it.
Overall, it looks like a solid bike. I agree with the other poster that you should use it as a townie utility bike for running errands and things like that.
What are your plans for it?

€60 I paid for the bike, I hope to use it for commuting while I restore my Dawes hybrid bike cannot tell the model as the condition of the frame. Not to sure I want to part with it as I will probably never find something like it again its a unique bike why I like it.

Can't tell about the bike but the brakes are German. They were a less expensive replacement for Wienmann on English bikes. but I don't even remember seeing that frame.

No, not really. Define something, it can be useful but significant money, no.
