i ride 5 basic routes. one is 10mi, another 15mi,another 25, another 30mi, and the last one is 50. they all basically cross each other so i can combine different routes to make longer ones depending on how much time i have. if i really have a lot of time, all day, i combine them all for a 130 mile ride. i try to do that at least once a year. but mostly stick to a 30 or 40 mile ride. the nice part about the routes is there are rest stops with water and rest rooms, the longest distance between stops is 25 miles and every route has a least 1 rest stop.

Runners just dont have the time to vary their runs very much, so their exercise must be rather boring.

Really cause I have 7 or 8 runs (mostly trail runs) just in my general area.

It's not running, but Rowan and I have been walking for an hour or more several times a week this winter, and we walk different routes all the time.
