Are eclipse tubes available in the USA?

I was poking around with Google and came across a new blurb about eclipse tubes ( http://www.eclipse.ch/new/Tubes.html ) . They are available in Europe and the UK. Are they any good? Does anyone sell the in the USA?

Repairable with Eclipse Patch

Never heard of them,but I'm not racing,so any performance edge is going to be cancelled out by the fact I can't use my standard patch kit.
