Help with a bike rack! Stealth +2

Hi, I just purchased a Cannondale Trail 7 with the help of my family for my birthday. My brother purchased a Stealth +2 bike rack for me as well. However, he got the Stealth +2 from the "ReStore" and it was opened and without instructions. It seems to be a little hard to track down product information on it, so I'm assuming it's a discontinued model.

This leads me to two questions:
1) Am I ok to latch this to my car Chevy Cobalt. With what remains of the tag I can see "Must ..... metal". The only tag I got with it is damaged so I cannot read the instructions clearly. I, of course, have a plastic frame and don't know if I'm going to do damage to my car by using it.

2) Does anyone know where I can find an owners manual to get it hooked up to the car?

I get my bike in a few days and am itching to get to a local park to use it before the summer's over. If you have any knowledge on the Stealth +2 please let me know!

That's the right 1! Thanks for finding it for me... The only question I'd have to the forum is:

Is it ok if I attach this bike rack to my Chevy Cobalt? The warning tag states something about fixing it to metal. However, I cant make it out clearly. I don't know if it means the undercarriage of my car or the actual car frame? My bumper ect is plastic and I want to make sure this bike rack isnt going to break my bumper off on a bad bump! I know its a strange and maybe overblown concern, but if it happened it wouldn't be pretty!

I have the +4 version of that rack. Those hooks need to connected to metal. There is metal you can hook into somewhere under there or at least there has been on any car I've ever dealt with.
