Bell hitch rack?

OK this is probbaly a stupid question becuase you get what you pay for.
But does anyone have any experience with Bell hitch bike racks? Wally mart has them for around $50. If they are have decent, it might make it worth it to have a hitch installed.

check out these pictures. I got a hidden hitch installed on my car for 125.00. My bike rack was expensive but you can get cheaper racks off of performancebike.com. Totally worth it. When I am done, the rack comes off and the hitch is never noticed.
