Mini Velo availability in UK

Anyone in UK well versed on what is available.

They so nice, but only ones i found mostly are with London recumbents. And I don't have a price reference to compare. Anything with London in it can't be cheap ;)

Sure they more popular in Germany and neighbouring countries, but translation a pain.

I spend too much time looking at google images googly eyed :twitchy::D

I don't know about "mini" velos, but velomobiles in general are not cheap -- no matter where you find them.

If you can get Gios at London Recumbents, what else do you want?!

Yes, I think the Gios minis are *that* cool.

They are really pretty but I would pref disc brake.

Ah, yes, those are hard to come by. You may have to dig deep into the Asia market to find one, like this Sugimura: http://minivelo-bicycle.diy-lab.com/...cPath=1_32_239

Did you search through the Folding Bikes forum? Minivelos have found more of a home there than in other forums, though you'd think the fact they don't fold (generally) would make that seem odd. Anyway, you may find some useful, UK specific leads there.

Bon chance!

Dang, that is cool. Reasonably priced too- Less than $600 USD. Wish I could get ahold of one of those for my Loopwheels....

tbh as ppl tend to upgrade, I would love just the frame shipped :D

I didn't post on folding forums, because really, they are a seperate bike. Only thing I'm worried about with disc is not having a strong enough fork, as when I was in San Fransisco for new years. Hired a crappy bike, and my god the fork flex was really scarey.

Just compared the price on the gios antico, and it is half the price in japan. Shocker.

Cannondale Hooligan. Disc mini's are even rarer, the Hooligan is pretty much it unless you wan to go custom or ship from the Pacific Rim.

No, what I am saying is that the Folding forum is where the minivelo action is. In other words, it's were you need to go to get minivelo info on BF.
