The filmer is an ER doctor who has a channel documenting interesting cases in the ER.

Why do you think he was unprofessional ?

He started filming beofre getting permission to do so. Assured them he wouldn't show faces then showed faces granted he never showed the patients but still.

I have seen many of his videos and he clearly explains that he asks permission FIRST and then starts filming. The reason why he asks AGAIN after he starts filming is to have it on video that the party consented.

Remember that things happen BEFORE filming starts so what you see in the video isn't everything that happens.
